The services for Franklin Carl Pisciotta will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020, in the chapel of John Kramer & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Christian Stubbs officiating. Interment will follow in Alexandria Memorial Gardens. Franklin Carl Pisciotta, 74, of Alexandria, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020, at CHRISTUS Cabrini Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Virginia Pisciotta. Franklin was a joy to be around. He loved spending time with his friends, shopping, watching classic tv shows and carrying on conversations with children. He is survived by his brother David Pisciotta and his wife Billie of Pollock; his sister, Rose Marie Tuttle and her husband Tracy of Anchorage, Alaska; and numerous cousins.
